If you received the FREE Livingood Daily Book and paid the promotional shipping and handling price of $7.95, this cost is non-refundable. Storewide, shipping and handling costs are not eligible for a refund.

PROMOTIONAL Make Food Simple Book Returns
If you received the FREE Make Food Simple Book and paid the promotional shipping and handling price of $8.95, this cost is non-refundable. Storewide, shipping and handling costs are not eligible for a refund.

60-Day Returns:

• We offer a 60-day money back guarantee (from the date of delivery). If the item is unopened and falls within the 60-day money back guarantee, we are happy to offer you a complete refund upon return in the amount the item was purchased for (excluding shipping) back to the original card used for purchase.

• Once our warehouse has received the item, the refund will automatically be refunded back on the card used to purchase. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks.

• If the item has been opened and falls within the 60 day money back guarantee, and your are not completely satisfied with it, we are happy to offer you a store credit in the amount the item was purchased for (excluding shipping). Please contact us at support.drlivingood.com for assistance.

Outside of 60-Days:
If the item is outside of the 60-day money back guarantee, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Opened Items:
If the item has been opened, falls within the 60 days (from the delivery date) and you are not completely satisfied with it, we are happy to offer you a store credit in the amount the item was purchased for.  There is no need to return opened items.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

• We will need to know your order number. Please include your original packing slip (if available) or you can simply write the order number on your package.
• Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please, therefore, ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the products. Please package the product securely.
• Shipping return costs and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Livingood Daily reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our Refund Policy. 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best and even with our best effort to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. We apologize for the inconvenience presented; our goal is always to provide the best service (Only in these cases the shipping cost will be refunded).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or you need a refund, please send us a message atsupport.drlivingood.com, with your order number. 

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your refund request has been received and accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method.  Please allow up to 2 weeks to see refunds post back to some accounts.

SUBSCRIPTIONS 

The subscriptions will be available and activated once payment has been made. Access to the subscriptions is immediate. If you have problems accessing the functionalities, features and content available in the subscriptions, please contact us through the contact information, or our contact page. 

DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO RENEWALS  

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew on a recurring basis corresponding to the term of your subscription at the time of purchase unless and until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your Livingood Daily Store Account and following the instructions on your account page.

You must cancel your subscription prior to 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on the day before your next recurring billing date in order to avoid being charged. We offer a 60-day money back guarantee for any digital subscriptions from the original date of purchase.  For any subsequent subscriptions that run based on auto-renewal, payments are nonrefundable and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Livingood Daily offers through this website the following memberships and subscriptions:

$27 each month (billing is done on the same day each month)

Monthly supplement subscriptions for 30, 60 or 90 days.

Users can cancel subscriptions at any time.

When you place an order for a subscription, you are offering to buy the subscription for the advertised price declared on the website, in accordance with the features offered on the website. Please check the price and features of the subscription, before placing an order.

When a website user with the intent to purchase a subscription on the website, places an order online, Livingood Daily will send that user an email to confirm that the order for the subscription purchased has been received. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of their subscription details.

Livingood Daily may cancel any sale and not supply services if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of the subscriptions at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the subscription will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Subscription may include automatic recurring payments for periodic charges. You authorize Livingood Daily to renew your subscription and to be charged periodically and progressively. The “Subscription Billing Date” is the date when you purchase your first subscription. Your account will be charged automatically on the Subscription Billing Date all applicable fees for the next subscription period. The subscription will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periodic Subscription Fee to your account. We will bill the periodic Subscription Fee to the payment method you provide to us during registration. The subscriptions will automatically renew for an additional period unless canceled before the Subscription start date. Canceled subscriptions will immediately lose access to paid features on the website.

PAYMENTS

All payments toLivingood Dailyare handled securely. Products and subscriptions will be paid through “Stripe” (credit card), Shopify Payments, and PayPal.

Payment will be debited from your credit card (Stripe), Shopify Payments, or PayPal account immediately upon you placing the order for the product or subscription you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide. 

Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products and the subscriptions.Livingood Daily reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the courses and the eBooks.

PRICES

Livingood Daily reserves the right to determine pricing for products and subscriptions. Livingood Daily will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information. Livingood Daily may change the fees for any product or subscription, including additional fees or charges. Livingood Daily, at its sole discretion, may make promotional offers with different features and different pricing to any of Livingood Daily users.

By consenting to Dr. Livingood’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Dr. Livingood through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
